"I'm writing to convey my disappointment with the service I received from Ana Aguilar and Emma Hightower, at State Farm Orange branch. When I signed up for my insurance policy, both Ana and Emma were incredibly helpful and cordial, always willing to assist with my policy renewals and other insurance-related queries. Their professionalism and accommodating nature represented the quality service State Farm is known for. However, my recent experience with them has been disappointingly different. A shift in their demeanor when dealing with customer service issues was evident. Their attitude turned condescending and passive-aggressive, completely diverging from the professional approach I initially experienced. From being models of excellent service, their current handling of my concerns has been disappointing and low-standard. It is unfortunate that our relationship has soured, but I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that others might benefit from it. It would be a shame for potential clientele to be driven away due to the negative representation of their encounters. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I remain hopeful that you will ensure your representatives adhere to the high standards State Farm is known for.
